Derek Ewin has been working in the San Francisco Bay Area Courts for over 30 years. For almost 13 of those years, he prosecuted cases for the Contra Costa District Attorney’s office. Since then, he has defended DUI cases in almost every Bay Area County including, San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, Solano, Sonoma, Napa, Monterey, Lake and San Joaquin.

Mr. Ewin has prosecuted and defended over 1000 drunk driving cases over the past 18 years.
