A drunk driving arrest triggers very important time limits. You need to contact Mr. Ewin immediately. Your privilege to drive could be impacted in as little as 10 days if you do not toll these limits. In some cases, if Mr. Ewin can contact the DA's office early enough, he can give the filing deputy district attorney exculpatory information that will prevent your case from being filed at all.
